You should look at every vendor on social media sites like Yelp and Google. It is a better indicator of your future satisfaction than what we can say about ourselves.

SINCE 1923.

Most Bostonians know us through our showrooms and salespeople. The average salesperson has been at Yale for 7 years and will log over 100 hours of training per year to keep up with the ever-changing appliance and lighting industry.

Yes, we have extensive displays of live products you can turn on and use from induction cooktops to steam ovens to the latest pro ranges or refrigerators… however, most of our emphasis and investment focuses on the delivery and service experience.

Yale Delivery

Delivery team members have to pass a fitness exam, drug screening, and credit checks. We also perform CORI criminal background checks for anyone entering your home. We are delivering heavy products into your house and want the best possible people to accomplish a safe, successful delivery.

We don’t expect you to be home all day, so we provide a 2-hour window and a 30-minute call ahead (upon request)

Home appliances can break, so we have the largest independent service department in New England.

We service what we sell. Our service team is factory-certified to repair all major brands.

Appliances are becoming more complicated to install. We have four teams on staff to install your new appliances, like hooking up a dishwasher, hanging over-the-range microwaves or hanging panels on your new Sub-Zero.

We know you can buy similar products At Lowes, Sears, Home Depot, Best Buy and now even JC Penney. We all have price guarantees.

The product will be similar; the prices will be competitive…

what happens after the sale will not be.
